We are aware that waiting times are unacceptable. This is due to a national shortage of Gender services. We are working with commissioners to improve matters.

I am very happy about my care. Would be nice to get results back quicker but that is the only complaint. Drs are very nice and very understanding.

Fantastic service. I saw Ashley who was very good, explained all the exercises. I feel extremely pleased with my knee and can now walk without limping. Feel great. No improvement all good.

Genuine care by physio staff, who took a compassionate interest in my condition and treated me as a person, not a 'project.' Advice given was well explained and demonstrated.
